Auditions FAQs

Have any concerns? Here are some answers for commonly asked questions:
Do I have to audition for all your available shows?
What should I prepare?
I'm coming from NYC, what train do I take?

No, you only have to audition for the shows you want to be in. However, you are more than welcome to audition for multiple shows! When you arrive at auditions, you will fill out a form telling us which shows you are specifically interested in auditioning for.

Please prepare to sing at least 16 bars. We might ask you to sing more, so be prepared! Also be prepared to dance, and bring appropriate attire and shoes.

If you are coming from Manhattan, you will be taking NJ Transit from Penn Station, via the North Jersey Coast Line, to the Middletown station.

Please call us at 732-774-STAR if you need us to arrange a pick-up.
